When speaking of L. Ron Hubbard Music Maker, that sense of the man as a vital force is everywhere. It is in his revolutionary work with the Computer Musical Instrument and his delineation of musical structure and rhythm. It is in his definition of proportionate sound and his analysis of musical style. It is in his text ART, his arrangements, his direction and instruction. And, of course, L. Ron Hubbard as a vital force is felt in the power of all he composed.

Today, those compositions form a body of work that will very certainly be remembered - both as inspiring new directions and generally spreading music a little farther. Moreover, that body of work includes more than 80 compositions still to be released, with songs for a second Mission Earth album and many more film scores.

Yet when attempting to assess L. Ron Hubbard’s impact in the field, it is probably enough to simply say that here was a Music Maker who truly understood that, above all else, music is “a very fine means of communication.”
